Ryan Abernathy,
Elder & Teaching Pastor
Ryan leads the teaching team and is the face you will see most Sunday mornings during our Teaching time. Ryan is responsible for directing what is taught across all of our ministries to ensure a consistent and unified message of the Gospel.
Danny Lee,
​Worship Pastor
Danny leads our church in music worship every week and heads our worship team and ministry. Danny partners with other Pastors at West Metro to bring a Biblically sound and engaging experience at all levels.
Kelli Duke,
Creative Arts Pastor
Kelli is tasked with being the eye on innovation, design and connection at West Metro. Her ministry can be seen in almost every aspect of our church.  She ensures your experience is attractive, informative and energetic.
Phillip Larsen,
Administrative Pastor
Phill overseas our staff and is tasked with ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly. Along with the Elder of Finance, Phill protects and directs the basic needs for consistent operations of West Metro ministries. 
Parker Lepley, 
Student Pastor
Parker invests in our middle and high school students and leads their worship time on Wednesday evenings. He serves as their connection point for discipleship and challenges them in their walk with Christ.

Children's Ministry Director
Alisha is in charge of organizing and planning your child's experience in the Children's Department of West Metro each Sunday. She is often the first smiling face your child will see when arriving!

Feed His Sheep Coordinators
Anthony and Linda serve West Metro by connecting with and organizing our ministry with Feed His Sheep. 
Latosha Taylor
Women's Ministry Team Leader
Latosha spearheads the Women's Ministry Team and connects the women of West Metro to service, discipleship, and study opportunities. ​
Riley Delong 
Men's Ministry Coordinator
Riley oversees the scheduling and leadership of the Men's Ministry Gatherings.
Ron Duke,
Elder - Technology & Finance
Ron oversights everything "tech" at West Metro. It is his job to ensure your experience, whether in person or online, is the best and most up to date we can possibly provide! Ron is also responsible for overseeing the financial integrity of the church.
Stephen Gray,
Elder - Non-Profit Administrator
Stephen serves on our Elder council and you can often see him as a vital part of our music Worship team. He is also charged with maintaining and safeguarding our status as a non-profit organization.
Bart Selby,
Elder - Building & Grounds
Bart is in charge of the care and maintenance of our West Metro campus. Bart also manages Jacob's Cupboard food pantry along with his wife, Shelli.
